About TechnoConception

Keep the decisions connected—from the first question to the production system.

Technology initiatives rarely fail because no one can write the code. They fail because the wrong problem was selected, the surrounding system was underestimated, or accountability fragmented between strategy, design, engineering, and operations.

Mission

Make complex technology actionable.

TechnoConception designs and builds intelligent software systems that turn complex business ideas and workflows into dependable products.

01

Clarity before code

Determine what should be built, why it matters, and what evidence will define success.

02

Complete engineering

Connect product, experience, architecture, software, data, AI, delivery, and operations.

03

Accountable production

Remain close to the work until the system operates in the real world.

Founder-led

Ludovic Chenneberg

Ludovic is a Montréal-based product engineer and technical leader with more than thirteen years of experience across full-stack software, frontend systems, cloud and DevOps, SaaS architecture, technical leadership, and applied AI. TechnoConception gives clients direct access to the person making consequential architecture and implementation decisions.

  • Senior ownership stays close to product and engineering work
  • Business language comes before implementation jargon
  • Trade-offs and unknowns are stated directly
  • English and French are complete working experiences
  • Privacy, accessibility, security, and respectful product behavior are design inputs

Values in practice

Production is the standard—not the final stretch goal.

A convincing demonstration is not automatically a dependable product. Reliability, security, monitoring, adoption, documentation, and ownership must shape the design early.

Product judgment over novelty

Use the architecture and technology justified by the product, users, operations, economics, and constraints.

Trust by design

Minimize data, make behavior understandable, avoid unsupported claims, and maintain clear AI boundaries.

Direct accountability

No hidden junior handoff or artificial account layer between the client and important technical decisions.

Start with the problem

Tell us what is difficult right now.

Whether the answer is AI, custom software, modernization—or not building anything yet—we will begin by clarifying the decision.
