Privacy policy
This policy describes the actual information flows on technoconception.com. Last updated August 22, 2026.
TechnoConception minimizes collection on this website. The site uses no advertising trackers, cross-site tracking, analytics cookies, user fingerprints, or automated AI enrichment of inquiry content.
Who is responsible
TechnoConception is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Ludovic Chenneberg, founder and person responsible for the protection of personal information, can be contacted at ludovic.chenneberg@technoconception.com.
Questions, access requests, correction requests, withdrawals of consent, and privacy complaints may be sent to that address.
Information collected
When you submit the project inquiry form, the site collects your name, work email, organization, service area, description of the problem, and any optional timing or investment range you provide. It also records the form language, the local source path, the time consent was recorded, and whether an email notification was sent.
The site records anonymous aggregate counts for page views and selected call-to-action events. Those counts include an event name, page path, language, optional interface label, UTC date, and total count. They do not include IP addresses, cookies, user IDs, raw referrers, query strings, device fingerprints, or individual browsing histories.
Standard web-server security logs may temporarily process technical request data, including IP addresses, to operate and protect the server. They are not merged with the aggregate website metrics described above.
Why information is used
- Assess and respond to a project inquiry
- Continue a requested commercial conversation
- Protect the form and website from abuse
- Understand aggregate interest in pages and calls to action
- Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the website
- Meet legal or regulatory obligations where applicable
Consent and choices
The inquiry form requires an affirmative privacy acknowledgement before submission. You may choose not to submit the form and contact TechnoConception by email instead. You may withdraw consent for future use, subject to information that must be retained for legal or legitimate business requirements.
The anonymous aggregate metrics client respects Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals by not sending analytics events when either signal is enabled.
Storage, access, and disclosure
Inquiry records are stored as private records in the production WordPress database hosted in Google Cloud. Access is limited to authorized site administrators. A notification may be sent through the site’s configured email transport to the administrative contact.
TechnoConception does not sell inquiry information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to host, secure, back up, or deliver email for the website, subject to their applicable agreements and safeguards. Inquiry content is not sent to an LLM or automated enrichment service by default.
Retention and protection
Project inquiry records are automatically scheduled for deletion after 24 months unless an active client relationship, legal requirement, dispute, or documented business need requires a different retention period. Aggregate event counts may be retained to compare long-term site performance because they do not identify individuals.
TechnoConception uses HTTPS, least-privilege access, private lead records, server-side validation, spam controls, software updates, and infrastructure safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security; suspected incidents are investigated and handled according to applicable obligations.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal information held about you, ask questions about its use or disclosure, withdraw consent where applicable, or submit a complaint. Identity may need to be verified before a request is fulfilled.
Changes to this policy
This page will be updated when the website’s actual collection, analytics, email, CRM, or service-provider flows change. Material changes will be identified through a revised date and, where required, an appropriate notice or consent process.
